ann sheldon currently accepts personal checks and money orders for online purchases. payment for ann sheldon pieces must be received before the order will be processed. once payment is received, you can expect your piece to arrive in one to two weeks.

a 5% sales tax will be added for Massachusetts residents.

return policy
if you are not fully satisfied with your ann sheldon online purchase, you may return the item in new, unused condition within 14 days of the date received for exchange or complete refund less the shipping charges (shipping fees are non-refundable).

we require that you contact us at 617-817-0875 in order to obtain a return authorization number and the address to where you should send your return. a refund will not be processed without a return authorization number. all returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice. please send all returns via insured United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx or UPS and in a bubble wrap mailer so the piece is protected. refunds will not be issued on damaged items that do not meet these shipping requirements.
